Refund and Return Policy of ASMEY
Returns At ASMEY, we aim for complete satisfaction of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email and send your item back to our return address.
Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
